I started my lifestyle journey with Kelly in January 2015. I had reached a point in my life where I needed to make a change and I wanted to feel better about myself, and my weight really bothered me. I tried to change some of my eating habits and workout off and on, but I still struggled to lose weight on my own. When I first talked with Kelly, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and very passionate about helping people adapt and understand how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Kelly is very committed, dedication and focused. She has been by my side every step of the way. I feel that she really cares about me and this has been very beneficial to me. Although she is my coach, I view her as a role model and a friend. I feel that I can easily communicate with her, she has been educating me on how to eat and what to eat, and my relationship with food has improved tremendously. I am eating foods that make my body look better and I feel so much better about myself. This change has also helped my spouse and my child and around me in my work environment.
Today, I have lost over 60 pounds! I am able to jog 3 miles easily and I am truly dedicated to going to the gym to work out. Kelly has shown me that food is used to fuel our bodies and I no longer eat food based upon my emotions. She is an awesome coach who you can trust and she will definitely stand by you every step of the way. I love my coach and I am so happy that she is a part of my life. I am still on a journey and receiving coaching services today! The work is not done.
