Aging is a privilege. In this day and age we don’t look at it that way. We fight tooth and nail. Women especially want to look younger. We want great skin, white teeth, firm everything, and no wrinkles.
I’m no exception. I’m not too proud to admit to a few injections. And a big part of why I’m so into health and fitness is because I want to look as young as possible, as long as possible. Yes, Botox gets rid of my wrinkles, but nothing has improved my appearance as much as ditching sugar, alcohol and processed foods. So before you head to the plastic surgeon or the dermatologist, clean out your pantry. Eat real food. Drink water. Wear sunscreen.
