Though others claimed it bothered their gums, I had no problem whatsoever with that.
I even fell asleep using it and had them on for almost 40 min. with no problem. I think the one time doing it was fine, but it recommends for you NOT to exceed the 15 minutes & I agree.
It has a high amount of peroxide in it and I think it would certainly irritate your gums if you made a habit of wearing it too long. I highly recommend this product!
