Rachel Clark

KKW Coach

Coach Rachel grew up in Newport News, Virginia and has lived all across the country over the last few years; Arizona, back to Virginia, Tennessee, and now South Carolina! You could say she’s got a heart for adventure!

She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Opticianry from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia. With her medical background, she recognizes the value in using proper nutrition as a method of preventative care for your health and well-being. Her passion for health and wellness came from being overweight herself and making a change. In 2016, she began her fitness journey and has since been able to lose a total of 60lbs while empowering others to make similar changes and improve their quality of life. In 2019, she was drawn to KKW by the behavioral approach to long term sustainable weight loss. Rachel became our first client-Ambassador and her desire to learn more had led her to earning her Certification in Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been a full time coach with us since March of 2022. Additionally, Rachel holds a certification as a Binge and Emotional Eating Disorder Specialist with our Eating Freely program here at KKW and provides therapeutic support alongside Psychotherapist Emma Murphy and her team.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, snowboarding, trying new foods, cooking at home, live music, and spending quality time with friends and family. Rachel describes herself as being empathetic, resilient, and driven. She finds joy in speaking life into her clients’ goals and showing others the possibilities of balanced nutrition. As a Behavioral Nutrition Coach, Rachel is eager to help you reach your health, wellness, and lifestyle goals by providing 1:1 services with KK Wellness Consulting. She will help you create a balanced lifestyle that works for you and develop a healthy relationship with food by educating you on how to make better choices in a world that is centered on food and alcohol. “I am so thankful I have been able to turn my passion into a career to help others work through the same challenges I’ve been through myself, and I am so proud and grateful to work alongside best team in the business and serve this community. I want to help you get out of your own way and reach that next level. Let’s get to work!” – Coach Rachel
